As the capital of the Kingdom of Naples to ups and downs from the thirteenth to the nineteenth century, the cuisine of Naples has also acquired most of the culinary traditions of the entire Campania, earning the right balance between flat (dairy, pasta, vegetables) and plates Sea (shellfish, fish, crustaceans).
